What should I do if I receive a replacement order I did not request?Updated a month ago

If you receive a replacement order that you did not request and would prefer a refund instead, we want to assure you that we are here to help resolve this matter promptly.

In such cases, you can choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives. The courier will then return the parcel to us, and as soon as we see it is on its way back, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Alternatively, if you’ve already accepted the delivery or are unable to refuse it, you can initiate a return by sending the parcel back to us. To do this, please visit the Returns section of our website and complete the returns form to access your pre-paid return label. Once we receive the parcel, we will issue your refund promptly.
