My tracking information hasn’t updated — what happens next?Updated 5 days ago
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to refresh. Sometimes parcels won’t show movement until they reach the next courier scanning point, so it may look like nothing’s happening even though it’s on its way.
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, please get in touch with our Customer Support team with your order number and we’ll investigate it for you straight away.
If your parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
