What happens if my parcel has been lost in transit?Updated 4 months ago

If it becomes evident that your parcel has been lost in transit, we apologise for the inconvenience and are prepared to take immediate action. We will directly contact the courier to investigate further.


For parcels that are confirmed to be delivered but cannot be located, please check with your neighbours or other safe locations. If still unresolved, we will initiate an investigation with the courier, which can take upto 5 working days to complete.
