When will I receive my refund for my returned items?Updated a month ago

Return Tracking and Processing

To make your return experience as smooth as possible, our return system provider, Yodel, will display a timeline of events for you to track your return. This will allow you to follow the journey of your returned items until they reach us.

  1. Proof of Return
    Please ensure you keep your proof of return (return receipt) until we have acknowledged receipt of your returned items. This serves as confirmation that your parcel has been sent back to us and can help in case of any issues during the return process.

  2. Return Inspection and Notification
    Once your return has been received, our Returns Team will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will notify you via email when your returned item has been received and is being processed. You will also be informed whether your refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.

  3. Refund Processing
    If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

  4. Return Rejection
    We can confirm that your return will only be rejected if the package contains incorrect or missing items, or if a non-returnable product has been included. Non-returnable products may include opened or damaged items, or products not in their original packaging.
