When will I receive my refund for my returned items?Updated a month ago

Our return system provider Yodel, will display a timeline of events if you wish to track your return.

We ask if you can please keep your proof of return (return receipt) until we have acknowledged receipt of your items.

Once your return is received and inspected by our Returns Team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Refund or Exchange.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.

We can confirm that your return will only be rejected if the package contains incorrect/missing items or if a non returnable product has been included in your package.
