My order was damaged during delivery. What are my next steps?Updated 3 months ago

We ensure all orders are packed carefully and securely, however we understand that damage can sometimes occur during transit. 

If your order arrives damaged please contact our customer service team via email immediately.

When contacting our support team please insure you have a clear photograph of all damages. 
Please retain both the product and its original packaging, as these are important in helping us address your concern fully. 


Our customer service team will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
