Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed we're unable to cancel it, as it moves through our system right away to get to you as quickly as possible. However, you can return the items once they arrive using our returns form to get a full refund if it is accepted. Find the returns form here: www.auvodka.co.uk/a/returns

Returning or Exchanging an items

Au Vodka Ltd ("Au Vodka") will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving them. If returning items, the items must be returned to Au Vodka in its original packaging and unopened. Customers should retain evidence of the items having been sent to Au Vodka. No refund will be made if the items are not received by Au Vodka and no such evidence of Au Vodka receiving the items is available.  

Gift Cards ordered are non-refundable. 

A subscription is an exchange only item and cannot be refunded. Unless you have completed your 3 month minimum contract term.
