How do I join the loyalty program?
Joining The Gold Gang Loyalty Programme is easy! As soon as you register an account on the Au Vodka website, you will be automatically enrolled in the program.
What are Gold Gang points and what can I use them for?
Gold Gang points are a form of virtual currency that you can earn every time you make a purchase at Au Vodka. These points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
Your points will automatically be added to your account. To view and redeem them, simply log into your account and view the Rewards page.
Why are my points pending?
Your points may remain pending for up to 14 days. This is a precautionary measure in case items are returned or if there are any other unforeseen circumstances affecting the purchase.
Can I be demoted from a tier by redeeming points?
No, you will not be demoted from your loyalty tier by redeeming points. The points you’ve earned are meant to be used, and redeeming them will not affect your tier status.
What is the difference between active and lifetime points?
Active points are the points you’ve earned within the last 12 months. Lifetime points reflect the total points you’ve accumulated since joining The Gold Gang Loyalty Programme.
Where can I check my points balance?
To view your points balance, simply log into your account on the Au Vodka website and visit the ‘My Rewards’ section. This will display both your active and lifetime points.
Do my points expire?
Yes, active points will expire after 12 months from the date they are earned. Be sure to use your points before they expire to make the most of your rewards!
